How do I back up my data?
Settings → Export Backup creates a single JSON file with everything — workouts, exercises, templates, programs, supplements, and settings. Save it to Files, iCloud Drive, or anywhere the share sheet reaches. Restoring is Settings → Restore: pick the file, confirm, done. Backup and restore are free forever.
I restored a backup and something looks off
Restore replaces everything with the backup's contents, exactly as they were when it was made. Anything logged after that backup was created isn't in the file. If a backup file won't import at all, it may have been edited or truncated — try the original export.
Reminders aren't firing
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pixel Workout. Reminders are local — no server involved — so Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can also delay them. Streak-risk nudges only fire when your weekly goal is actually at risk.
How do streaks work?
The primary streak is weekly: pick a goal (say 4 days a week) and any week that meets it extends the streak. Rest days never break it — only a week that misses the goal does. The current week counts as soon as it's met and can't break the streak while it's still winnable.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Reset Data erases everything the app stores, permanently. Deleting the app does the same. There's no server copy to worry about — see the privacy policy.
Can I log workouts for a past day?
Yes — tap the date strip (or the calendar icon) to pick any past date, then log normally. A banner reminds you you're logging to a past day. Future days are off-limits.
